10 PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS

Work closely with our world class coaches. These sessions will be a blend of flexibility, strength and cardiovascular exercise tailored to your own level.


NUTRITION COACHING

You’ll receive personalized nutritional recommendations and advice, making changes to your diet as simple as possible.


DEDICATED SUPPORT

One of our coaches will be assigned to your as your personal coach, providing support and advice whenever needed.

Larger group classes which are still coached to our high standards available across all of our studios and gyms.

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT?

No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. Yes, you’ll see some super-fit people here, but they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalise your programme and take it at a pace that works for you.

WHAT IF I HAVE ACHES, PAINS AND INJURIES?

No problem. Many of our members come to us with injuries or life-related issues like joint niggles, back pain and post-baby abs. We have an onsite sports therapy team able to aid and support along with all coaches having at least 5 years in the fitness industry so there’s not many things we haven’t seen or been able to help people overcome.

WHAT IF I NEED TO MISS DAYS DURING THE TRIAL?

Don’t worry. If something comes up or you’re away for a few days, let us know, and we’ll happily extend the trial period.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY 30 DAY TRIAL?

You’re free to choose. If you want to carry on and work with us to reach your fitness goals, we’ll suggest an appropriate membership option and programme going forward. If you decide that F3S isn’t for you, you can simply say goodbye. We’ll be sorry to see you go, but we accept that we can’t be all things to all people.

WHAT IF I REGISTER BUT THEN CHANGE MY MIND?

You’ll get your money back. No hassle, no questions, no hard feelings. The thought of forcing anyone into fitness is our worst nightmare.

WHAT TIME ARE MY SESSIONS?

We use a very flexible system where you book yourself into your sessions via a smartphone app. 

We have sessions available at 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and then 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8pm Monday-Friday. We also have 7, 8, 9 and 10am on Saturday mornings.

You can vary your sessions week on week, meaning you aren’t stuck to training at the exact same times each week (unless that works for you, which is totally fine too).
