Alice comes to F3S to work on all aspects of strength to help with her activities outside of the gym, such as triathlons and marathons.
Budding martial arts enthusiasts Maks & Emily come to F3S to aid them with their sport. From all aspects of strength, these guys are here to push themselves to the limit.

Whether a beginner or seasoned barbell veteran, all our classes, coaches and sessions meet you where you are right now with an aim to help you get to where you want to go.
Everything is personalised to your ability, fitness and HEALTH. designed to challenge you enough to see the progress you want, whilst enjoying the journey along the way.
SGPT classes are Personal and customised coaching in a small group environment.
Never left to your own devices every movement, exercise and effort are coached, considered and adapted to you.
Regardless of fitness, experience or goal each session will be tweaked on where you are right now and where you want to go.
Availability: throughout the week
Capped numbers to maintain quality, this isn’t about jumping around just to burn a calorie.
It’s a focused, structured and coached session with up to 15 others.
Classes range from our own 3x60 that mixes weights, HIIT and strength training to our well-known “Olympic lifting club” taking you to newfound strength with a barbell.

For those that don’t want to work in a small or larger group and in some cases those returning from injury or illness.
Our 121 sessions are bespoke, structured and programmed to your goals and abilities.

Work closely with our highly qualified coaches. These sessions will be a blend of flexibility, strength and cardiovascular exercise tailored to your own level.

You’ll receive personalized nutritional recommendations and advice, making changes to your diet as simple as possible.
✅ DEDICATED lead coach
One of our coaches will be assigned to your as your personal coach, providing support and advice whenever needed.
✅ MOBILITY CLASSES
Lead by our in-house Sports therapist you will be guided through various mobility and flexibility movements to help increase & maintain your body’s range of motion
✅ ACCESS TO OUR TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS
Larger group classes which are still coached to our high standards.
✅ FULL MOVEMENT SCREENING
An initial assessment where we assess your movement, strength and flexibility. This allows us to ensure we can tailor the plan specifically for you from the off.
✅ BEYOND THE GYM
Support like you’ve never had it before. We provide support, education and accountability in our private Facebook group & regular email bulletins.
✅ SPORTS THERAPY MASSAGE
we have our very own Massage therapist in-house and while subject to additional cost, as a Fit3Sixty member you have access to preferential rates over the standard session prices
