SMALL GROUP PT
SGPT classes are Personal and customised coaching in a small group environment.
Never left to your own devices every movement, exercise and effort are coached, considered and adapted to you.
Regardless of fitness, experience or goal each session will be tweaked on where you are right now and where you want to go.
Availability: throughout the week
Large Group Classes
Capped numbers to maintain quality, this isn’t about jumping around just to burn a calorie.
It’s a focused, structured and coached session with up to 15 others.
Classes range from our own 3x60 that mixes weights, HIIT and strength training to our well-known “Olympic lifting club” taking you to newfound strength with a barbell.

121 COACHING
For those that don’t want to work in a small or larger group and in some cases those returning from injury or illness.
Our 121 sessions are bespoke, structured and programmed to your goals and abilities.
